In-branch Appointments for Member Services, Loans and Insurance

Anyone can request appointment for in-branch assistance with new and existing accounts and loans.

We recommend appointments for speedier service. Walk ins are welcome.

You can make an appointment for services like:

  • New accounts
  • New loans
  • Existing account assistance
  • Existing loan assistance
  • Insurance assistance

How to request an appointment:

What to bring to your appointment:

  • A valid (unexpired) picture ID (e.g., driver's license or passport)
  • Proof of current address (if different than on ID)
  • For new accounts, we require a $5 minimum deposit for membership and $25 for checking
  • For insurance, bring your current Declarations page
