What should I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?

You can immediately disable your card in the City CU mobile app. Select “Cards” in the nav bar.

For debit cards, call (833) 252-5769 immediately to report it lost or stolen.

For credit cards, call (888) 305-1063 immediately to report it lost or stolen.
