In-branch Appointments for Member Services and Loans
Anyone can request appointment for in-branch assistance with new and existing accounts and loans.
We recommend appointments for speedier service. Walk ins are welcome.
You can make an appointment for services like:
- New accounts
- New loans
- Existing account assistance
- Existing loan assistance
How to request an appointment:
- Call (214) 515-0100 (in the second menu, press 9, then 3) during business hours.
- Complete this form.
- Email us at appointments@citycu.org
What to bring to your appointment:
- A valid (unexpired) picture ID (e.g., driver's license or passport)
- Proof of current address (if different than on ID)
- For new accounts, we require a $5 minimum deposit for membership and $25 for checking
