Scammers are targeting our members, sometimes by cloning our (214) 515-0100 - this means the call looks like it's from us, but it's NOT us. Thieves also are calling from other numbers. City CU will never call you to ask for your login information, user ID, login information, password, PIN, Social Security number, to buy gift cards, for your debit card or the chip in your debit card. If you get a call like this, hang up.

When you're on our website, find "Services" on the top navigation menu, then hover over "Services" to see the mega menu. In the center column, under "Other Services," you'll see "Check Reorder." Click on this and follow the prompts.
