Spoofing Scam

Scammers are targeting our members by cloning our (214) 515-0100 - this means the call looks like it's from us, but it's NOT us.

City CU will never call you to ask for your login information, user ID, password, PIN or full Social Security number. If you get a call like this, hang up.

  • If you receive a call from our (214) 515-0100 number and the caller asks for ANYTHING about your account, hang up then call us back to verify.
  • Some thieves are telling members they're calling from the "City CU Fraud Department" and need the member's account information. Hang up.
  • If you receive a call from (214) 515-0100 outside of our business hours, it's not us. Hang up.
  • When in doubt, always trust your instincts and don't share personal information.

If you believe you may have received a fraudulent call, call us immediately, (214) 515-0100 (in the second menu, press 9, then press 3).

Thank you for helping us keep your accounts safe.

When you're on our website, find "Services" on the top navigation menu, then hover over "Services" to see the mega menu. In the center column, under "Other Services," you'll see "Check Reorder." Click on this and follow the prompts.
