City CU announces CEO retirement and leadership transition.

Effective September 30, 2025, Sharon Scearce (Moore), President and CEO, will retire after 21 years of dedicated service.

To ensure a seamless transition, David Frith, our current Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed President, effective August 1, and will become President and CEO on October 1.

David brings 22 years with City CU and will continue to build on the great culture of service that Sharon established. He’s deeply committed to continuing the high standard of excellence you rely on and to provide innovative financial solutions to meet your needs for many years to come.
